Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Temporary Authority is requested to provide L-3 engineering opportunity to develop system software and validate the hardware, in order to prepare the system for formal FCC emissions testing. The system is large, over 8 feet tall and approximately 1800 lbs.
