Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Request a one year grant to determine the market potential, feasibility and functionality for new broadband equipment in providing two-way fixed broadband services to consumers in the Fox River Valley area (Oshkosh, WI). The applicant would like to showcase its equipment to potential customers in the rural broadband arena. L-3 PrimeWave Communications, Inc. is developing equipment to operate in the 2.5-2.6 GHz band and needs to perfect its product in a timely fashion with the intention that the availabilty of a fully tested product will coincide with the release of the new rules for the band.
