AFTRCC comments: non interference basis to Flight Test telemetry. Previously coordinated as AFMO 130681 (Sanchez, Guillo) AFTRCC will no longer coordinate 2310-2310 MHz and 2345-2360 MHz on a secondary basis due to AT&T programmed roll out of LTE service in the Northern California area. Any function desiring to utilize this spectrum is required to coordinate with the Wideband Communications Service (WCS)/AT&T directly.
