Message:

Mr. Gary Amaral,

Why are the geographical coordinates the same for the two antennas under this application? One city is
report as San Mateo, the other as Half Moon Bay, yet their coordinates are the same. Should one
antenna be deleted and the two joined under one antenna? It appears the main difference is in the
frequency ranges requested. One is 1610-2200 MHz whereas the other is similar, 1610-2300 MHz.

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of September 25, 2007 may result
in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section
1.1108.
