Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Applicant, a manufacturer of high-quality two-way land mobile radios, is not licensed to use land mobile UHF radios in Las Vegas, Nevada and requires the use of T-Band channel pairs within TV Channel 14 for demonstration of two-way land mobile radio products at the IWCE trade show in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Convention Center on Paradise Road in Las Vegas, during the period March 15-21, 2009.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Demonstrating two-way portable land mobile radios and using low power two-way radios to coordinate staff at the Kenwood products exhibition during the IWCE trade show. The purpose of this STA is to demonstrate two-way portable land mobile radios at the IWCE two-way land mobile radio convention in Las Vegas, Nevada, and to use low power two-way radios to coordinate staff at the exhibition of Kenwood products at the convention. The Convention extends from March 26-30, 2007.
