This STA is needed to demonstrate and test the DARPA-sponsored RadioMap technology - a passive spectrum observation system that includes location estimation.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To provide brief test signals for the RadioMap technology to acquire and analyze. The transmitters under this STA will be used to provide brief test signals for the RadioMap technology to acquire and analyze. The RadioMap system itself is passive so this spectrum will not be needed for its future operation.
