Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
I wish to operate a small, 18 watt spark gap radio transmitter for 15 minutes, for one day. This is just a one time endeavor, in order to film it for educational content.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  I operate Plasma Channel, an educational web series which focuses on physics and electronics. It is a serious endeavor, and has drawn the attention of a few television programs. I am working on an episode about the invention of radio, and am rebuilding the original spark gap radio transmitter. Power level is very low, and this will only be used ONCE, in order to film it. Power level will be under 20 watts, and operate at a break rate of 0.5 - 17kHz. Antenna length = 1 meter. This will be done up in the mountains away from Seattle. Size of this transmitter is 30 pounds, and is battery powered. Again, this is a one time thing, for the purpose of educational video content. Please consider the education content of this request - it will never be used again. In the video, I will also be citing legality / illegality of radio transmission to my viewers, promoting legal use only.
