Memorandum for FCC OET - Experimental Licensing From: James Edwin Whedbee Re: Modification of License Application (Online FCC Form 442) Dear Sir/Ma'am: This application seeks modification of WE2XTU. I deleted 72.5 to 73 MHz and 456-460 MHz as coordination in the area licensed is not possible due to congestion on these sets of frequencies. I added 1695-1705 kHz to examine antenna design in this frequency range. Furthermore, this frequency (1695-1705 kHz) is available (as I was previously licensed as KC5XMO on this frequency) at the power level, emission, and equipment indicated. Accordingly, the modifications sought by this application are both relatively minor and should result in no inconvenience to anybody.
