Testing of land mobile simulcast system by manufacturer of that system at and near corporate headqarters of manufacturer. See Narrative for further details. While the applicant is licensed to use the channels at one of the three locations, this is a test of simulcast operation for which the applicant is not licensed.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing simulcast land mobile radio system developed by the applicant for a limited period of time for proof of concept and proof of performance tests.
