Applicant, a manufacturer of high-quality two-way land mobile radios, and its subsidiary, are not licensed to use land mobile VHF, UHF and 800 MHz radios in Denver, Colorado and requires the use of part of the VHF and UHF land mobile B/ILT allocations and part of the 800 MHz land mobile allocations for demonstration of two-way land mobile radio products of its own and those of it subsidiary, E.F. Johnson at the APCO trade show in Denver, Colorado at the Colorado Convention Center during the period August 12 to 16, 2017.
