Applicant, a manufacturer of high-quality two-way land mobile radios, is not licensed to use land mobile VHF, UHF, 800 MHz, 900 MHz and 1.8 or 1.9 GHz radios in Las Vegas, Nevada and requires the use of specified channels in certain land mobile allocations and the 1.8-1.9 GHz band for demonstration of low-power, two-way land mobile radio products at the IWCE trade show in Las Vegas, California at the Las Vegas Convention Center, during the period March 29 to April 3, 2020.
