Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
To provide RF tests beginning November 5th, 2020 thru May 5th 2021. Testing will include 800 discrete frequencies evenly spaced between 100 kHz and 1 GHz. Each frequency will be a CW carrier, running for 30 mS. We can block out any interfering frequencies, as may be required by the FCC

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  RF testing in support of Defense Threat Reduction Agencys EMREP program. Jaxon Engineering is conducting tests for the DOD to determine RF integrity that houses sensitive electronic equipment that controls power grids.
