Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
To provide RF tests beginning July 15th thru September 30th 2020. Testing will include 800 discrete frequencies evenly spaced between 100 kHz and 1 GHz. Each frequency will be a CW carrier, running for 30 mS. We can block out any interfering frequencies, as may be required by the FCC

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  RF testing in support of Defense Threat Reduction Agencys EMREP program. American Electric Power is conducting tests for the DOD to determine RF integrity that houses sensitive electronic equipement that controls power grids. PJM Interconnection is a regional transmission organization (RTO) that coordinates the movement of wholesale electricity in all or parts of 13 states and the District of Columbia
