This license will contribute to the radio art by providing students an ongoing education into video communication arts and sciences via the curriculum the undersigned teaches either in the Kansas City, Missouri School District as a tenured faculty member or at Park University as an Adjunct Professor. All operations pursuant to any license granted in connection herewith are intended to be intermittent. That is, the operations will be with the intent of not using the frequencies and emissions on a continuous basis.
