The undersigned relies on FCC Rule 5.61 (47 CFR Section 5.61) in connection herewith, and, pending consideration of the application filed concurrent herewith, operations shall be subject thereto at all times. Finally, SBE Coordination was obtained in accordance with the terms of the STA for WE9XHV and compliance with the terms of the coordination shall be maintained during this period of extension as well as during the term of any authorization granted subsequent to this filing.
