The students intend that their efforts be recorded and/or webcast for parents who are disabled or homebound. The experimentation will be conducted under the supervision of the undersigned. The antenna is a ¼ wavelength vertically polarized antenna extending from a ½ to 1 wavelength extension of 70 ohm coaxial cable. While the maximum mean power of the transmitter is stated at 1 Watt ERP, that is an absolute maximum and the likely power shall be much lower. The operations will be conducted indoors.
