Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This Special Temporary Authority is being requested because Wendell Phillips Elementary (K-8) School is planning and putting on several end of the school-year productions by the middle school (5th-8th grade) students and wish to employ wireless telecommunications technologies in association with these stage productions to aid in the preparation of CDs and internet recordings and live programs for the students families...

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To transmit visual and aural signals to a pick-up point for recordation and internet transmission for family viewing, using TV Channel 9 (186-192 MHz). The proposed operations shall employ a cable television modulator on TV Channel 9 (186-192 MHz) to transmit visual and aural signals to a pick-up point for recordation and internet transmission for family viewing by disabled and homebound parents of students at Wendell Phillips K-8 (Elementary) School. The entire operations are indoors and shall not likely exceed a transmission distance of 200 feet.
