Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Applicant is a television microwave and communications equipment rental company which provides aerial video for broadcast, satellite broadcast and cablecast of sporting and other events. The spectrum demands at sports events, and the limited LTTS/BAS spectrum for these events makes it necessary to make coordinated use of the AFTRCC telemetry bands. Such is necessary to have sufficient video relay from RF cameras at numerous locations at a golf course, or sporting event, while allowing normal ENG use of the BAS spectrum at the same time in a given venue. Applicant has coordinated all spectrum use requested herein with AFTRCC, which coordinates flight test telemetry operations on the subject channels.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Provide aerial video at televised sports events and other activities of national significance.
