Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To conduct experiments with the Technical Educational Satellite -10 (TechEdSat 10) low earth orbit nanosatellite. NASA will operate an Iridium satellite phone that it will host on TechEdSat-10. The satellite phone will transmit from TechEdSat-10 to space stations in Iridiums Big LEO constellation. The only change from Iridiums licensed operations is that Iridium will be adding the TechEdSat-10 as a point of communication. Iridiums space station license does not cover intersatellite communications in the 1618.725-1626.5 MHz band.
