Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Intel is conducting research and development for new wireless technologies. We have received authorization from Sprint to utilize their spectrum for these tests and locations, however the devices will not connect to their network.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Intel's research and development team is designing new radio technologies for the next generation broad band wireless devices. Over the air testing is required to validate the designs, characterize propagation impact, and verify overall performance. This testing will be completed within the buildings at the locations given.
