Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Intel is conducting research and development for new wireless technologies. We received authorization from the carrier to utilize their spectrum for these tests, however will not connect to the network.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Intels research and development team is designing new radio technologies for the next generation broadband wireless devices. Over the air testing is required to validate the designs, characterize propagation impact, and verify overall performances, and will start with in building tests.
