Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The device uses the 24.05 - 24.25GHz range which is not allocated for the specific usage we are planning which is explained below and discussed in the FCC KDB inquiry 761391.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To test sensor hub platform for motion and breathing detection. This device with our sensor hub platform will be used for motion and breathing detection using the RF signal 24.05 - 24.25GHz. We need to collect data from a number of testers to evaluate and validate this solution.
