An STA is needed for demonstration of ITS equipment in San Jose, CA. Time is of an essence for this trial which is expected to be completed within 60 days.

Please explain the purpose of operation:  We are working with the city of Santa Clara and others for functional verification of a an intelligent transport system related to vehicle and public safety of an autonomous driving solution.
