Hi Mr Kennedy

The 10 mW is correct, I asked for 631 mW EIRP and 10 mW power. 10 mW
into 18 dBi is 631mW eirp.

If they meant only 10 mW eirp was granted, then that level will be
used for the uplink from the remotes so it will be ok.

Please go ahead and issue the grant as AFRTCC indicates.
