Hello,

The referenced STA application is for an Intel-only sales conference event to be held in
the Anaheim Convention Center, 10 – 20 February 2006. The event is to demonstrate
new WiMax equipment being developed for world-wide use. In particular, equipment
operating in the 2390-2400 MHz band will be demonstrated. This equipment will
demonstrate WiMax equipment operating under the WiBro system developed in Korea
for Korea’s wireless broadband access services.

Antennas and equipment will be used strictly indoors, between stations separated by less
than 100 meters.
