1) This application has been amended to reflect the use of 1525-1535 MHZ at all locations for FAA
re-consideration as requested.

2) This application has been filed via the experimental licensing branch to support research and
development of a system that is intended to be used to support government requirements under various
solicitations and demonstrations.
