Pursuant to Section 5.77 of the Commission rules, this letter provides
notification that Insitu intends to operate up to 20,000 feet in the Boardman
Bombing Range restricted airspace while conducting operations under FCC
Call Sign WM9XPC file number 0528-EX-ST-2018.

All terms and conditions of the license and the stated in the program of
experimentation will be adhered to, including the license power, emission
and special conditions.
