The FAA concurs with the experimental testing in the band 1370-1381 MHz as specified in the
information and attached below. FAA coordination # NG T120336.

Dan,

Sorry for the delayed response. They were able to talk to the equipment manufacturer and they can limit the use
to 1370-1381 MHz. This will obviously change emission designator to 11M0D1D. If we get the FAA coordination, I
will modify the FCC experimental application as appropriate.
