Pursuant to advice from OET staff, Inmarsat Hawaii Inc. (Inmarsat) has filed an application for a regular
license to allow Inmarsat to continue to the experimental program covered by its existing STA. See FCC
File No. 0241-EX-PL-2010. Accordingly, Inmarsat hereby withdraws its request for an extension of that
STA, with the understanding that this withdrawal will not prejudice Inmarsat's application for a regular
license, and that its existing STA will continue while that application remains pending.
