Inmarsat Hawaii Inc. seeks STA to test the specified terminal in Paumalu, Hawaii, at the following NAD
83 coordinates: 21°40?10.1N 158°1?59.2W. Although testing will employ a terminal capable of mobile
operation, the current test plan calls for that terminal to be tested while stationary (i.e., with a negligible/0
km radius of operation). Inmarsat Hawaii Inc. requests that the Commission process this request
expeditiously to permit the earliest possible start date.
