Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
ICG is filing this STA to perform proof of concept test to show EXXONMobil the benefits of leveraging MANET waveform radios. This test will include multiple oil rig locations to seamlessly connect to each other in order to provide a more efficient IP backhaul capability to replace their current Line-of-site (LOC) architecture.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose of operations is to perform a test to show our customer the benefits of provide a mesh IP layer network between disparate locations where cellular services are not covered or cannot be used effectively.
