Pursuant to Part 5 of the Commission’s rules, Impinj, Inc., hereby respectfully requests a Conventional Experimental Radio License for the purpose of developing UHF RFID tag and reader equipment within engineering development laboratories facilities located at the following locations; Impinj Inc. 47°37'21.8" North Latitude 400 Fairview Ave N., Suite 1200 122°20'02.5” West longitude Seattle, WA 98109 Datum: WGS84 Impinj, Inc. – Impinj Design Labs. 47°38'58.8" North Latitude 716 N 34th Street 122°20'56.2" West Longitude Seattle WA 98103 Datum: WGS84 Impinj will conduct engineering development testing on UHF RFID tag and reader devices operating to worldwide standards using the ISM 902-928MHz frequency band, limited to 4W ERP and EU/ETSI 865-868MHz band, limited to 2W ERP.
