2. A justification for use of a 48-month experimental license as opposed to a 24-month experimental
license.

It is anticipated that the variety, complexity, and number of systems we are building will require more than
24 months to complete testing, iteration, and experimentation. I expect 48 months will be sufficient for to
complete the experiments. If it is a problem to exceed 24 months, we could certainly re-submit for a new
license in two years for another two years.
