Response to questions are given below.

1. The location of the Spanish Fork, UT antenna has changed, so I updated the name and GPS
coordinates of the new position to reflect this change. The name was changed to Springville, UT.

2. As stated above in response to question 1, the name of the antenna Spanish Fork, UT was changed
to Springville, UT to reflect a change in the operating location. Anchorage, AK is a new location that we
would like to add to the license.

My apologies for not including these changes on the question 7 attachment.
