Navy be aware that operations of this system are on a secondary basis to non—federal fixed—satellite and broadcasting—satellite service operations in the band 17.3—17.7 GHz; therefore, it may be difficult or impossible to successfully coordinate assignments within these bands at some locations. 4. Navy be aware that should higher power operations of this system be necessary Split Aces must not exceed an e.i.r.p greater than 51 dBW in the frequency band 17.3—17.7 GHz, in accordance with Footnote US259 to the National Table of Frequency Allocations. 5.
