In accordance with NTIA manual section 8.3.28, please review the following:

1. There will be only one GPS repeater device in use and it will be used to re-radiate GPS signals to an
indoor area only.

2. This device is to be used as Experimental RNSS Test Equipment for the purpose of testing GPS
receivers.

3. We acknowledge that the approved applications for frequency assignment will be entered in the GMF.

4. We acknowledge that the assignment will have a maximum of two years with a possibility of renewal.

5. We acknowledge that the area of potential interference to GPS reception must be under the control of
the user.

6. Please see attached exhibit ?NTIA section 8 3 28 response number 6? for calculations.

7. We acknowledge that GPS users in the area of transmission must be notified that GPS information
may be impacted for periods of time.

8. We acknowledge that use will be limited to the purpose of testing RNSS equipment.

9. We acknowledge that a ?stop buzzer? point of contact must be identified and available during GPS
re-radiation operation of the device under any condition.
