Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
HNS is applying for this STA with this modification for an experimental license to ensure that testing of additional terminal types can continue. The purpose of this STA is to facilitate commercial production of SPACEWAY terminals so that the terminals will be available upon launch of the satellite.
