Gentlemen:

Hughes Network Systems hereby requests Special Temporary Authorization to operate an
experimental station at a temporary location for a limited period of time, to develop and
test equipment intended for export. The technical specifications of the operation are
listed below, in accordance with Section 5.56. An FCC Remittance Advice form and a
fee payment of $45 are attached.
