Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Honeywell was requested to perform a live demonstration at the FedEx Tower between July and December 2015 with a developmental W-band imaging sensor. We are requesting permission to radiate at the requested FedEx facility in addition to several other mobile test locations. This request is similar in scope and hardware with a previous STA (File Number 0862-EX-ST-2014, expired 5/1/15). The other included test locations are not new, and are kept included on this list to support preparation and any pre-testing.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Ground and potential flight testing using a developmental sensor to collect data on runway environments to support future low/zero visibility operation. Ground and flight testing using a developmental sensor to collect data on potential helicopter obstacles such as powerlines, towers and other takeoff and landing obstructions through degraded visual environments (i.e. dust, fog).
