Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Multiple frequency clearances are taking a significant time. This STA is requesting temporary authorization for operation of two radios in the commercial frequency bands to expedite testing of an unmanned aerial vehicle.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing of an unmanned aerial vehicle. The purpose is to accommodate testing of an unmanned aerial vehicle for collaboration with the FAA and the Miami Dade Police Department. This can be accomplished using radios operating in the commercial frequency bands.
