Please explain the purpose of operation:
Operation of a tactical cellular capability over commercially licensed spectrum. We will be conducting an experiment for United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). The purpose of this experiment is to demonstrate innovative technologies in the field to various Special Operations Forces (SOF) operators that have the potential to provide enhanced capabilities to SOF warfighters.
