Subject: Request for Info - File #0236-EX-CN-2017
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Message:

Is this testing on the ground or in an airborne aircraft? There are conflicting exhibits in the application.
One exhibit says the radar is located in the nose of the aircraft and another is a diagram of a tower,
indicating that it is on the ground. The application says that the location is fixed, yet there is a 40,000 km
radius indicated. Explain these discrepancies.

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of May 22, 2017 may result in
application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
