Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Provide a mobile assessment service to Federal, State, and Local prison facilities to detect the presence of contraband phones. Assessment service requires two-way interaction with contraband phones which requires potential transmissions on spectrum leased by commercial mobile radio service operators.
