Dear Mr. Berrier,

I am reviewing this application, and note that in the “Transmitter” section, the only emission
designator listed (20 M0W7D) uses 20 megahertz of bandwidth, which exceeds the width of one of
the five bands proposed for use (729-746 MHz). Please review and correct either that band or the
designator proposed for use in that band. Also, I observe that the area of operation specified in the
application is general -- “near federal, state, and local prison facilities.” For coordination purposes, it
would be helpful if you can specify the latitude and longitude of any location where testing may
occur.
