Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
STA is necessary to conduct experimental testing and demonstration of new 2.4m antenna terminal for use with the O3b Ka-band NGSO FSS system. These non-commercial operations are scheduled to commence in early January 2015. See attached Narrative.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Experimental testing and demonstration of new 2.4m antenna terminal. Harris CapRock is developing a new 2.4m terminal for use with the O3b Ka-band NGSO FSS system. The proposed experimental operations are necessary to conduct antenna performance and related testing of this new terminal. See attached Narrative.
