On November 4, 2016, in connection with lead application File Number 0028-EX-TU-2016 (underlying
File Numbers 0031-EX-TC-2016 and 0032-EX-TC-2016), FCC staff issued the following request for
information:
[Notify this office when the transfers in front of all other bureaus have been approved]

OET is hereby advised that the three FCC Form 312 transfer of control applications associated with this
transaction under File Numbers SES-T/C-20161107-00874, SES-T/C-20161107-00875, and
SES-T/C-20161107-00880 were granted by the International Bureau effective December 20, 2016.
The FCC Form 603 transfer of control application associated with this transaction under File Number
0007516785 was granted by the Wireless Bureau effective December 20, 2016.

All transfer applications before other bureaus have now been approved and the parties hereby request
prompt approval of the experimental transfer applications noted herein.
