On November 4, 2016, in connection with lead application File Number 0028-EX-TU-2016 (underlying
File Numbers 0031-EX-TC-2016 and 0032-EX-TC-2016), FCC staff issued the following request for
information:
[Notify this office when the transfers in front of all other bureaus have been approved]

There are three FCC Form 312 transfer of control applications associated with this transaction under File
Numbers SES-T/C-20161107-00874, SES-T/C-20161107-00875, and SES-T/C-20161107-00880. There
is one FCC Form 603 transfer of control application also associated with this transaction under File
Number 0007516785. These applications were accepted for filing on FCC Public Notice dated November
16, 2016 (Report Numbers SES-01903 and 11855) and currently remain in pending status.

The parties to the transaction will provide an additional update when the applications are granted.
