To whom it may concern:

We are requesting re-consideration of this application for authorization. Please be advised, operations
requested are similar to existing Earth Stations already licensed thru the FCC international bureau. See
Call Sign E140023 with the same frequencies and satellites of operation.

If the applicant needs to limit the frequencies within the requested range to receive clearance we can also
modify the request.

These tests are to demonstrate non-interference with local broadcasters in the area which we have
already obtained clearance.

Lastly, these tests will be conducted on a short term basis over a 2 month period.
