Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This is for testing of an innovative new technology, a PtMP radio carrying Cable TV Technology (DOCSIS). The purpose is to provide an MMDS solution for High Bandwidth Broadband with OTT phone and video services. The goal is to improve broadband access to underserved consumers in rural markets or at the edge of networks where existing service is currently delivered at sub-optimal quality.
