Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
HTC plans to set up a Stand-alone (SA) 5G Private 5G demo site to show case HTC 5G cloud Edge based Virtual Reality (VR) solution to US mobile operators and enterprise customers. HTC would like to have a neutral site leveraging FCC STA experimental licensing using n78 before developing operator specific Radio Unit (RU) based on the interests from the mobile operators.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Stand-alone (SA) 5G Private 5G demo site to show case HTC 5G cloud Edge based Virtual Reality (VR) solution to US mobile operators and enterprise customers. The HTC private 5G ORAN platform (RU, DU/CU, and 5GC) coupled with HTC Focus 3 HMD and HTC edge server running NVidia CloudXR rendering software will be used to demonstrated HTC unique algorithm to support high number of concurrent VR streams over extended range with special handover handling among different RUs without overhead and framedrop as would if standard based HO procedure is used.
